Stitch-Sold

Watch Bridle less Video! The video that you will be watching is the first time he has seen the cow costume, and the first time I have ever shot off of him. To keep things interesting, why not do it bridleless?! Stitch checks the most important boxes- SAFETY, disposition, and personality. We have asked Stitch to do a little bit of anything, and everything. One of the qualities I like most about Stitch, is he has never offered to refuse. He has a very willing attitude, no matter what has been asked of him, and clearly- he has been through it all! Started on the hot heels, trail ridden and used in the arena for a well rounded, versatile handle. Stitch has a deep stop off of your seat, and smooth transitions. He has a great travel, put an english saddle on him and stride out, or he will scale back to a nice pidder patter trot and rocker chair lope, bridleless. This is the type of gelding you can use for a week, or lay him off for 45 days, and step right back in the middle of. Stitch is always the first to meet you at the gate, no matter how far you rode the previous day. Don’t let his age fool you, this is a gelding that has seen more life experiences than most horses with twice his age. He will ride off of your leg and seat cues, or just as easily point and go for the novice rider. Stitch is a joy to be around in the pasture, with his kind, soft eye, and goofy personality. You can walk out into the pasture showing him the halter, and he will come running to you.

He has been exposed to all farm machinery, equipment, road traffic, gunfire, deer, cattle- you name it. Sound and up to date on teeth, vaccines, coggins, and health paper. This gelding has been nothing short of a pleasure to work with since he stepped foot on our property. No matter what direction you want to go, this phenomenal gelding will be sure to take you there. He has all the buttons: side pass, turn around, leg yield, but just as easily-point and go. Gentle, flashy and broke, with unlimited potential!
